What you will do
- Investigate and resolve moderately complex software issues.
- Identify, confirm, and document product bugs.
- Reproduce customer-reported issues in test environments.
- Advise customers on product usage and best practices.
- Assist with software configuration and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive issue resolution.
- Follow structured support processes for consistent service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics, information systems, or related field.
- Solid understanding of software systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
