What you will do

• Act as primary technical interface between customers and Product/Engineering teams, translating requirements into solution designs.
• Provide guidance on AI Factory products including Modular Data Centers, liquid-cooled designs, and NVIDIA GPU systems.
• Engage renewable energy operators to position AI compute hosting on their power and land assets.
• Support AI datacenter co-lo and Neocloud providers with modular infrastructure for capacity expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on customer engagements, scoping, and industry trend insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or equivalent + 5+ years in data center/infrastructure engineering, pre-sales, or solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of compute, networking, storage, AI/GPU systems (e.g., NVIDIA DGX/HGX).
• Hands-on with data center systems: MEP, liquid cooling, modular data centers, rack design.
• Familiarity with cloud, containers, virtualization; ability to engage OT/IT stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills; willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments like energy, oil/gas, utilities.
• Background in renewable energy, power production, or AI datacenter co-lo models.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger).
