What you will do

• Own QA strategy and oversight across projects, planning and improving scalable testing processes.
• Oversee technical integration validation with tools like Goliath, Libra, Dynamo, AppsFlyer, and ad tech systems.
• Lead compliance validation for privacy, consent, data deletion, and user-generated content policies.
• Guarantee long-term data quality in analytics and UA tracking.
• Evaluate release readiness through pre-release assessments, risk evaluations, and final sign-off.
• Assess core gameplay functionality including IAPs, login, live ads, and stability.
• Act as liaison between external teams, product managers, outsourced testing, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior QA testers and provide feedback on product design.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 2-5 years proven experience in game QA or software QA with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of QA strategy, release processes, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on with data validation, analytics tools, bug-tracking (JIRA, Trello), and test management.
• Analytical mindset for tech integration flows, attention to detail, and clear communication of issues.
• Experience with game engines (Unity/Unreal desirable), mobile pipelines, devices (Apple, Samsung), and OS tools (App Store, TestFlight, Google Play, Android Studio).
• Ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and geographical locations.
