Junior Producer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Assist with day-to-day project operations, internal/external communication, and quality delivery on schedule.
• Engage with leads and teams to define requirements, resources, and task schedules.
• Coordinate team activities, prioritize tasks, and track progress against roadmaps.
• Set goals, milestones considering scope and constraints; support Senior Producer on multiple projects.
• Remove blockers, generate reports for project visibility, and ensure timely asset/milestone delivery.
• Participate in review meetings.

Requirements

• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Stakeholder management experience for effective communication with developers, artists, management, clients.
• Familiarity with management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile); knowledge of software development, project management, risk mitigation.
• Proactive attitude, quick learner, detail-oriented, self-motivated, passion for games.

Nice to have

• Understanding of PC & console games.
• Familiarity with Unity and Unreal Engine.
