TL;DR

NICE CXone Professional Services Senior Engineer (NICE CXone): Develop, test, and deliver NICE CXone software platform implementations for contact center technologies including IVR/ACD, VoIP, Email, SMS, and Chat systems with an accent on design, custom coding, and enterprise CCaaS architecture. Focus on enhancing platform features, resolving defects, supporting production, and mentoring engineers in agile/waterfall environments.

Fully remote role based in the Philippines. Ability to work US daytime hours.

What you will do

  • Act as thought leader in CX transformation, process automation, and omnichannel technologies.
  • Determine objectives and approaches for engagements, influencing client leadership and business strategy.
  • Mentor software engineers and collaborate on project teams.
  • Design, code, test, and deliver high-quality software in CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET.
  • Present projects to improve processes and platform to stakeholders.
  • Work with system analysis and project management for successful project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years in NICE CXone and UC environments.
  • 3+ years software development experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, real-time systems.
  • Enterprise CCaaS architecture, network infrastructure experience.
  • NICE CXone, CXone Studio, 1-3 years ASP.NET (C#, VS.Net, XML, Web Services).
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives; team player in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Existing certifications in NICE CXone and process automation technologies.
  • Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) domain experience.
