What you will do

• Collect and elaborate business requirements from customers, partners, community, and internal users.
• Organize, prioritize requirements, and define product concepts including mockups, UX/UI collaboration, user stories, and presentations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and evaluate integration solutions.
• Lead SCRUM activities: kick-offs, refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives; collaborate with Scrum Master on team efficiency and metrics.
• Provide consultations on system adjustments and implement functionality using no-code tools.
• Organize training sessions for employees on new releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Deep understanding of data management and web technologies.
• Developer or system analyst background beneficial.
• Expertise in product concept development, software development lifecycle, and architectural decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages.
• Experience analyzing IT solutions market and user needs.
