What you will do

• Translate business requirements into AI/ML model specifications.
• Prepare datasets and build models using state-of-the-art algorithms like transformers.
• Test, evaluate, benchmark, and publish models and datasets.
• Deploy containerized models to production in cloud or on-premise environments.
• Refine models with customers and internal teams.
• Establish continuous learning pipelines with online or transfer learning.

Requirements

• BS/MS in computer science or related field (or equivalent)
• 3+ years software development experience with Python, Java, or C/C++
• Familiarity with containers, numeric libraries, modular design
• Hands-on ML/DL expertise including statistical ML, NLP, supervised/unsupervised/transfer learning
• Strong background in DNN architectures (Transformers, CNN, etc.) and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience solving real-world ML problems

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous/robotic systems software/hardware
• Real-time computationally efficient software
• Kubernetes
• Strong analytical, time-management, communication, and teamwork skills
