What you will do

• Develop and maintain creative strategies for world-changing nonprofits and Democratic political candidates.
• Create high-visual-impact print materials, including direct mail pieces, brochures, and flyers.
• Design effective visual communications for complex messages across various print media.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop design concepts under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in direct mail visual or print design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to adapt designs to prescribed styles and formats.
• Must be eligible to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the United States.
