What you will do

• Program CNC machines while maintaining quality, safety standards, and generating documentation.
• Execute machining processes using work orders, blueprints, 3D models, and specifications.
• Generate and improve NC programs following internal machining strategy guidelines.
• Design fixtures, jigs, and their manufacturing info including CAD models, drawings, BOM, and NC programs.
• Develop machining strategies targeting cycle time, cost, tool utilization, and standardization.
• Resolve technical problems, prepare documentation, ensure part conformity, and manage revisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Automotive, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 5 years in aerospace, automotive, or highly regulated industry.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (CATIA V5, Siemens NX) for 3D models and CNC programs.
• Ability to read/produce engineering drawings per international standards with GD&T knowledge.
• Record of process improvements for efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• AS9100 and ISO quality standard certification.
• PMP, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma Certification.
