What you will do

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, booths, and activations.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, materials, manpower, and vendor communication.
• Support the rollout of student ambassador programs and university activations.
• Execute and monitor Out-of-Home (OOH) placements to align with on-ground activities.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Community, and CRM teams to track deliverables.
• Assist in reporting and performance tracking for various campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in events, activations, or marketing operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on and on-ground for event execution.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines
