TL;DR

Office Management Intern (Administration): Coordinating and executing a new office move-in and managing day-to-day operations for a high-growth fintech platform with an accent on facility management and vendor coordination. Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (at least 3 days per week in the office)

Salary: €2,425 per month

A Brokerage-as-a-Service platform providing digital access to capital markets via a single API for FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers.

What you will do

  • Own the office move-in process end-to-end, coordinating timelines, vendors, and on-site logistics.
  • Establish repeatable processes for office supplies, visitor access, and general workplace organization.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external service providers, including facility services and maintenance.
  • Identify friction points in office operations and implement structural improvements.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc operational initiatives, internal documentation, and communication.

Requirements

  • Background in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facility, or Operations Management.
  • Hands-on experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, events, or consulting.
  • Professional level German (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in English for collaboration within an international team.
  • Strong ownership, structured thinking, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Must be based in Berlin to support the hybrid office model.
