What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project execution for go-to-market initiatives across products and pods.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows between Design, Brand, Copy, Product, and Compliance.
• Build and maintain systems, internal dashboards, and documentation to enable team efficiency.
• Own executional excellence for content and campaign setup using Sanity and marketing trackers.
• Coordinate with legal, promotions, and risk teams to process tickets and approvals efficiently.
• Optimize recurring operational tasks through automation and templatization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or project coordination in a fast-paced organization.
• Deep understanding of GTM processes, from planning and production to measurement.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or Jira.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., Sanity).
• Demonstrated experience working with global client bases across North America, UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
