What you will do

• Produce high-performing video, motion, and static assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Edit video content with a strong focus on hooks, pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Creative Strategy teams to test, learn, and scale winning creatives.
• Optimize all assets for mobile-first environments and platform-native behaviors.
• Integrate GenAI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, and Runway to accelerate ideation and production workflows.
• Proactively introduce new formats and trends to push creative performance forward.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in performance creative, digital agencies, or high-volume D2C environments.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
• Proficiency in design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and workflows.
• Ability to rapidly produce and iterate creative variations at scale.
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven video, motion, and UGC content.
