What you will do

• Develop and implement a creative global communication strategy to engage diverse audiences and business lines.
• Advise the Markets Leadership team on effective communication strategies and messaging.
• Coordinate internal communications, including monthly newsletters, blogs, and global calls.
• Manage communication tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and RaboHub to ensure consistent messaging.
• Take full ownership of communication projects from concept to completion, managing deadlines and dependencies.
• Support Markets client events to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in corporate communications within a complex international organization.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders at the Leadership Team level.
• Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and build networks across the organization.
• Must be based in or able to work in Utrecht, Netherlands (Hybrid).
