What you will do

• Design and develop intuitive gameplay mechanics, levels, and systems.
• Create and maintain game design documents, concept pitches, and UI designs.
• Prototype and iterate on game concepts based on internal feedback and user testing.
• Balance gameplay difficulty and complexity, including the game economy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as artists, developers, and product managers to ensure project alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continually innovate and improve products.

Requirements

• Solid international experience in game creation and/or liveops.
• Must be based in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) to work in a hybrid model.
• Experience defining design intentions and crafting complex gameplay systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural, cross-functional development teams.
