TL;DR
Senior IT Support Engineer (Data Centers): Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and providing high-level technical support for internal users across the APAC region with an accent on hardware deployment, hybrid cloud administration, and vendor management. Focus on optimizing service desk procedures, solving complex hardware/software incidents, and ensuring SLA compliance in a high-scale data center environment.
Location: Singapore (Field support and regional travel expected)

What you will do
- Provide L3 escalation support for internal customers via telephone, email, and field visits to meet established SLAs.
- Install, configure, and decommission computer hardware, software, and peripherals according to global standards.
- Maintain the IT ticketing system and develop knowledge base articles and employee self-service guides.
- Manage regional vendors for support and maintenance in line with global procurement agreements.
- Deploy and configure OS and applications using Autopilot and Pre-provisioning.
- Support site IT equipment including AV systems, wireless access points, and IDF room infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a global corporate service desk or end-user support environment.
- Proficiency in Hybrid Cloud environments, specifically Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.
- Experience working with the ServiceNow platform is required.
- Experience supporting Android and iOS mobile devices.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Must be based in Singapore to provide field support and local equipment maintenance.
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
- Current ITILv3 qualification.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience troubleshooting networking-related issues.
