What you will do

• Develop and improve ML models for credit application approval and credit limit assignment.
• Build ML-based decision frameworks and analytical tools for credit portfolio management.
• Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data analysis, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Translate business problems related to risk, profitability, and growth into technical data science solutions.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and portfolio teams to ensure models drive measurable business impact.
• Continuously optimize existing production models and pipelines for performance and interpretability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact (e.g., revenue uplift, risk improvement).
• Technical education from recognized universities (e.g., MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE).
• Ability to explain complex model results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico.
