TL;DR

Product Analyst Junior+ (HR): Build HR analytics from the ground up, defining key metrics, setting up data sources, and creating frameworks for recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR automation. Focus on developing performance metrics, analyzing data for actionable insights, designing dashboards, and improving HR processes effectiveness.

Location: Worldwide with relocation support to Serbia or Georgia (full visa & permit for employee and family); flexible work from one of our offices.

What you will do

  • Develop performance metrics to improve recruitment and HR workflows
  • Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders
  • Design and maintain monitoring, reporting, and dashboards for hiring and HR workflows
  • Assess and improve effectiveness of HR processes and automation
  • Support data-driven analysis for compensation and rewards
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across HR systems

Requirements

  • Mathematical or technical degree from MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
  • Analytical mindset and systematic thinking
  • Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions
  • Experience in hypothesis testing and validation
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher
