What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive analysis across payment flow segments to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
• Generate, validate, and prioritize hypotheses through full-cycle experimentation, including A/B testing.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track feature adoption and key payment domain metrics.
• Focus on technical domains: Core, Integrations, and Orchestration for seamless payment engine performance.
• Partner with Product Managers to drive data-informed decisions.
• Research and implement growth opportunities in Network Tokenization and scheme-specific features (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
• Document research findings and experiment results for strategic payment initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years in analytics, including at least 1 year in Product Analytics
• Solid foundation in mathematical statistics, strong SQL, Python for data analysis, and experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher
• Ownership mindset: proactively find anomalies and propose solutions
• Critical thinking and structured problem-solving

Nice to have

• Experience in the payments domain (e.g., at a payment service provider or as Payment Analyst in e-commerce/product company)
