What you will do

• Develop and streamline the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to support SDLC core processes.
• Map and optimize processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Implement risk-based thinking to translate requirements into practical processes.
• Strengthen CAPA processes and improve closure rates using 5-Why and Fishbone methodologies.
• Define KPIs and track performance to link processes to business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP EWM configuration.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 structure and risk-based thinking.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel when required.
