What you will do

• Develop high-quality backend solutions for a marketing creation platform to meet demanding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to discover and solve for new market opportunities.
• Participate in and contribute to architectural and system design discussions and decisions.
• Implement and maintain platform functionality using a stack including PHP, MongoDB, Go, and Python.
• Own and lead technical initiatives from inception through delivery and maintenance.
• Coach and mentor fellow team members to contribute to the team's professional development.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of server-side languages such as PHP, Node.js, Python, or Golang.
• Proficiency with relational and document databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and memory stores (Redis).
• Experience developing microservices and implementing design patterns.
• Strong OOP knowledge and proficiency with version control (Git).
• Must be based in Argentina.
• Solid English communication skills (oral and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
• Knowledge of TypeScript or other type-checking technologies.
• Experience with high-traffic sites and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic or Kibana.
• Experience shipping products for enterprise companies.
