What you will do

• Co-build and scale data-driven Compliance framework in a fast-growing fintech.
• Structure and transform large volumes of compliance data into actionable insights.
• Design data segmentation models, information classification, and risk methodologies.
• Leverage Python, SQL, R for analytics, monitoring, and process improvement.
• Support audits, regulatory interactions, and Board reporting with reliable data systems.
• Adapt to evolving regulations and manage ambiguity in data environments.

Requirements

• Conversational English is a must-have.
• Over 5 years hands-on experience in AML/CTF in financial sector and fintech.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, R or similar tools.
• Proven ability to build processes from scratch in growing environments.
• Regulatory expertise with analytical, data-driven mindset.
