TL;DR

Location: Remote (Worldwide). Relocation support available to Serbia or Georgia.

What you will do

  • Test and improve antifraud rules for existing and new products launching in 2026.
  • Optimize and document antifraud rules across multiple channels including cards, transfers, and tokenization.
  • Analyze confirmed fraud cases to identify new patterns and emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with agents to investigate alerts, verify rule logic, and adjust thresholds.
  • Conduct back-testing to assess the efficiency of existing rules.
  • Monitor fraud metrics, build queries, and create dashboards to track performance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and Python for automation or modeling.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • English level B1+ or higher for written and verbal communication.
  • Mathematical or technical degree from a top university (e.g., MSU, MIPT, HSE) is a plus.

  • Understanding of payment processes, transaction flows, and fraud typologies.
