AI Engineer Senior (Telesales)

What you will do

• Develop an in-house AI sales bot solution for end-to-end sales automation.
• Integrate and evaluate third-party AI products to benchmark against in-house capabilities.
• Build a call analysis system to identify agent mistakes and detect negative customer reactions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch robust AI solutions into production.
• Define and shape new AI use cases as the Telesales product evolves.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building LLM-based products for real business use cases.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, model integration, and designing AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI tooling.
• Ability to take full ownership of AI solutions from ideation to production.
• English: B1 or higher required for international team communication.
• Location: Must be able to work within GMT-2 to GMT+5 time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice AI, speech analytics, or call quality evaluation.
• Previous work on telesales, call center, or customer communication products.
• Track record of delivering business-critical AI-powered applications.
