QA Engineer III

What you will do

• Work in Agile (Scrum) environment, execute and maintain test cases across products and platforms.
• Drive quality for features by assessing risks and ensuring high-quality releases.
• Prioritize defects, troubleshoot issues with internal teams, and develop support playbooks.
• Review requirements and designs, provide feedback, develop test plans, and support UAT.
• Manage support requests, solve technical and process issues, become SME for services.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related, or equivalent QA experience.
• 2+ years hands-on QA experience.
• Solid understanding of system, acceptance, regression, integration testing, and quality processes.
• Knowledge of Postman, Cypress, AWS, Context Driven Testing/Rapid Software Testing.
• Ability to communicate at an intermediate level in English.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and change priorities quickly.
