What you will do
- Act as liaison between stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams for shared understanding of business needs
- Lead requirements gathering and translate concepts into detailed, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure requirements are testable and validated
- Drive quality assurance focus across the delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional, distributed teams
- Identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies in requirements early
- Support teams in maintaining operational rigor and high-quality execution
- Contribute to improving BA and QA practices
Requirements
- Experienced in NetSuite with strong understanding of ERP processes and configurations
- Skilled in Quality Assurance practices in complex delivery environments
- Proficient in gathering, structuring, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Strong focus on traceability and quality of requirements throughout delivery
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across seniority levels, including executives
- Assertive communication, challenging assumptions in high-pressure environments
- Capable of facilitating alignment between distributed teams across regions and time zones
