What you will do

• Prepare, review, and file VAT returns and reconciliations across European jurisdictions
• Support VAT registrations, reporting, audits, and tax authority inquiries
• Review transactions for VAT implications, focusing on cross-border activities
• Assist with VAT recovery, Intrastat, and invoice processing in ERP systems
• Provide advisory to internal teams (Finance, Sales, Procurement) and coordinate with external advisors
• Contribute to VAT documentation, process optimization, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Good professional English skills
• Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
• Several years of experience in VAT compliance and advisory, ideally international
• Strong knowledge of EU VAT and cross-border transactions
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
• Structured, detail-oriented, able to work independently
