Control Systems Engineer (Embedded)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Design and develop HMI/Display software, including UI/UX and data modeling for Power and Energy applications.
• Create reusable widgets to be utilized across the software platform.
• Enhance onboard display configuration tools to allow dealer-level customization.
• Integrate systems with datalink protocols including CDL, J1939 CAN, and Modbus.
• Collaborate with application software developers and system engineers to refine requirements.
• Mentor peers on software engineering best practices and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in developing software for Human Machine Interface (HMI) and UI/UX.
• Working knowledge of Java technologies and Full Stack frameworks.
• Strong familiarity with object-oriented programming and debugging platform layer code.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and CI/CD processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAT ET, Cadet Win, Jprofiler, CANape, Modscan, or Modsim.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Proficiency with Linux OS (Ubuntu, Debian).
• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with GIT and Ivy.
