Salary: €3.954 – €5.200 gross/month depending on experience

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – stand-ups, planning, retros – that add value and energize the team
• Spot and remove blockers before they impact progress
• Bridge hardware, firmware, and software teams across sprints
• Keep stakeholders informed efficiently without extra overhead
• Build a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, ideally in hardware or engineering-heavy environment
• Calm under pressure, direct without aggression
• Coach teams rather than control them
• Genuine curiosity about the product beyond just processes
• Fluent English; German is a bonus

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM or equivalent certification
