What you will do

• Act as primary digital contact for event owners, translating concepts into web requirements and aligning global/regional/local teams on priorities and timelines.
• Assess event requests, define digital scope including goals, audiences, page types, and integrations; conduct research and create implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Editorial and SEO teams on page hierarchies, metadata, keywords, and optimizations to improve visibility.
• Build events calendar, coordinate content sourcing across pre-event, live, and post-event phases with producers and designers.
• Own quality of event pages: pre-launch checks, audits, best practices documentation, and fixes for usability and technical health.
• Track performance with analytics, produce reports, and feed insights into future planning and templates.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in web management, digital content, product, or similar role
• Excellent project management, attention to detail, juggling multiple events and deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication for cross-functional global collaboration
• Good understanding of organic front-end SEO and SEO-based writing
• Knowledge of publishing systems, content management, editorial production
• Confident in web analytics interpretation and recommendations
• Travel 0-10%
