What you will do

• Plan and execute internal communication and B2B activities, including administrative tasks and presentation creation.
• Write and publish internal articles and manage the content calendar for the company intranet.
• Prepare activity presentations for headquarters, managing photo materials and tracking KPIs.
• Assist the event manager with practical tasks during both internal and external events.
• Maintain an overview of planned activities and ensure budget files are kept up to date.

Requirements

• Professional command of English, both spoken and written.
• Availability for a minimum of 4 months, starting September 2026.
• Familiarity with Belgian culture.
• Proficiency in Google tools and related applications.
• Creative mindset with a flair for writing and content creation.
• Ability to work accurately and independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch or French.
• Photography skills and proficiency with Photoshop or other editing tools.
• German language skills and familiarity with German culture.
• Category B driving license.
