What you will do

• Onboard, deploy, and integrate NTAS, MSS/MGW, and MRF/CFX.
• Conduct ATP testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Prepare MOPs, instantiation templates, and execute software upgrades.
• Support IMS services migration and delivery-to-care handover.
• Provide L2 support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage ticketing and tracking via JIRA and Salesforce.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles within telecom/IMS environments.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Proven experience with ATP testing and MOP preparation.
• Ability to provide L2 support and work in cross-functional teams.
