What you will do

• Develop and maintain Next.js frontends.
• Migrate legacy apps and prototypes from no-code tools like WeWeb and Retool.
• Contribute to backend services using Nest.js and Python.
• Deliver fullstack features end-to-end, from specification and development to release and monitoring.
• Manage stakeholders across operations, business, sales, and marketing.
• Collaborate with the CTO and engineering team via code reviews and design discussions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience working within the TypeScript ecosystem.
• Solid hands-on experience with Next.js.
• Ability to craft high-quality, beautiful GUIs independently.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and third-party service integration.
• Active use of AI-powered coding tools such as Windsurf, Cursor, and LLMs to accelerate development.
• Must be based in Zurich or willing to relocate with EU/EFTA citizenship.

Nice to have

• Experience with TDD and DDD.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Vercel, and AWS.
