What you will do

• Accurately track and process all Fund Expense invoices and payments in various banking systems.
• Liaise with clients, investment managers, vendors, fund service providers, and internal teams for day-to-day operational issues and query resolution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet SLAs and follow operational procedures, controls, and checklists.
• Work with internal Treasury and Client Operations teams to meet client requirements.
• Participate in system improvement initiatives, special projects, BCP planning & testing, and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education with a concentration in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Basic understanding of fund administration industry and Fund Expense processes, including fee calculation and billing.
