Director of Product (Neuromorphic AI): Own and evolve the product roadmap for ’s neuromorphic AI chip platforms with an accent on translating complex innovation into focused, executable product scope and market-ready offerings. Focus on aligning research, silicon development, SDK, applications, and GTM strategies while driving lifecycle management from concept to launch.
Rijswijk Office (Netherlands); Remote in Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom. Hybrid: 3 days per week in office.

What you will do
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for neuromorphic AI chip platforms.
- Define product vision and translate innovation into executable scope.
- Align product direction with research, architecture, silicon, SDK, and applications.
- Gather input from customers, partners, and sales to validate problems and priorities.
- Manage full product lifecycle from concept validation to GTM.
- Evaluate opportunities, build feedback loops, and shape value propositions and launch plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years product management in semiconductors, AI chips, embedded compute, or HW/SW systems.
- Experience with embedded AI, edge AI, ML/DSP, or sensor-based workloads.
- Background in microcontrollers, SoCs, low-power design, or neuromorphic architectures.
- Hands-on with software ecosystems (SDKs, APIs, developer tools).
- Track record in hardware-software productisation in automotive, IoT, wearables, or industrial sensing.
- End-to-end lifecycle ownership, PRDs, GTM strategy, and stakeholder alignment.
Nice to have
- Exposure to neuromorphic computing or event-driven processing.
- Experience in roadmap selling and customer engagements.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or requirements tools.
