Salary: $90,000 - $103,000 USD

What you will do
- Perform clinical data analysis and case management for accurate genetic interpretation.
- Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across genetic disorders.
- Investigate and interpret clinical features using internal resources and tools.
- Review and edit genetic test reports, interpret variants, and curate databases.
- Conduct literature reviews and database searches for variant classification.
- Participate in client communication to support case resolution.
Requirements
- Licensure required in the state where you work, if applicable
- Master’s from accredited genetic counseling program, or Master’s/PhD in Biology/Genetics/Biotechnology or related field with clinical experience, or MD/DO with genetics expertise
- At least 1 year prior clinical or laboratory experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Board-eligible or certified by American Board of Genetic Counseling (for Genetic Counselors)
Nice to have
- Prior experience with variant curation
- Comparable experience in regulated healthcare or diagnostic environments
