What you will do

• Assist in completing detailed security questionnaires for customers and partners to maintain trust.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify technical and business information for security documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding security certifications such as ISO and SSAE.
• Support ongoing process improvements for compliance workflows and internal security practices.

Requirements

• Good command of written English for clear communication.
• High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Basic understanding of information security concepts.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, understandable ideas.
• Curiosity about using AI tools to optimize everyday work tasks.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with information security, compliance, or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA.
