What you will do

• Lead client discovery and solutioning to frame business problems for data analytics and visualization.
• Define KPI frameworks, information hierarchies, and dashboard logic for executive and commercial teams.
• Architect and develop high-impact BI solutions using Power BI with a focus on clarity and performance.
• Drive reporting governance and transfer best practices to client teams to elevate reporting maturity.
• Design and develop semantic models in collaboration with data engineers and scientists.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to accelerate analysis and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing or advisory roles.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL, dbt, or Spark for data extraction and processing.
• Practical experience using LLM-based AI tools to enhance analytical work.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• SME-level domain knowledge in Retail, Banking & Finance, or Telecommunications.
• Background in Big4 or top-tier consultancy.
• Prior experience with generative AI or machine learning projects.
• Proficiency in other BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
