What you will do

• Architect and evolve scalable UI frameworks and product subsystems to support platform growth.
• Drive technical strategy and set standards for performance, testing, and maintainability across the UI Community.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to improve workflows, tooling, and platform reliability.
• Partner with Product and Design to align system-level architecture with user experience goals.
• Mentor engineers across teams and guide the technical direction of the UI Community.
• Develop, test, and debug critical applications while reviewing designs to ensure high technical quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience with modern frontend stacks (React, TypeScript, Redux, etc.).
• Proven experience architecting scalable systems and leading technical direction for frontend applications.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering quality and efficiency.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalable UI architecture.
• Experience with build tools (Vite, Turbo, Rollup, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, RTL, and Playwright.
