AI Engineer (Europe)

AI Engineer (Europe): Own the architecture and delivery of production-grade LLM systems and classical ML solutions with an accent on RAG pipelines, scalable LLM services, and agentic workflows. What you will do

• Own architecture and delivery of production-grade LLM systems and classical ML solutions.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize RAG pipelines including retrieval, chunking, indexing, and monitoring.
• Build scalable LLM services, agentic workflows, and traditional ML systems.
• Define trade-offs between LLM and traditional ML approaches, focusing on latency, cost, scalability, and reliability.
• Architect and optimize GenAI/ML workloads on Databricks using Spark and MLflow.
• Lead technical decisions in client engagements, contribute to pre-sales, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science or related field.
• Proven production delivery of LLM-based systems (not PoCs) and classical ML projects.
• Strong experience with RAG, agents, open-source LLMs, and system optimizations.
• Deep hands-on with Databricks, Spark, distributed computing, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong Python and SQL skills; ability to design end-to-end AI solutions for clients.
• Client-facing experience and clear English communication in technical discussions.
