What you will do

• Follow manager instructions to deliver events, manage timings, and implement production details or policies.
• Liaise with artists, venues, and vendors; direct soundchecks and manage audio equipment.
• Brief, direct, and support on-site team; host events as main point of contact.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, logistical issues, emergencies, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Provide post-event photographs, feedback, reports, and drive team performance improvements.
