What you will do

• Follow manager instructions to deliver events, manage timings, and implement production details or policies.
• Liaise with artists, manage vendors, brief venues, and direct the team.
• Handle sound desk operations, microphone management, and soundchecks.
• Host events, serve as main point of contact, and deal with customer queries or complaints.
• Manage logistical issues, emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Provide post-event reports, photographs, feedback, and encourage team performance improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years event management experience (mandatory)
• Exceptional customer service (required)
• Highly competent in team/people management (required)
• Assertive and measured in high-pressure environments (required)
• Strong problem-solving skills (required)
• Flexible, can-do attitude, works well under pressure, leads by example (required)
