What you will do

• Analyze multi-cohort learning data to understand student progression and retention.
• Model the development of academic skills and project performance across the BSc curriculum.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of peer-evaluation tools and feedback quality.
• Contribute to teaching activities, including lectures and laboratory support.
• Obtain a University Teaching Qualification (UTQ/BKO) during the appointment.
• Collaborate with educational innovation initiatives and research teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Embedded Systems.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
• Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
• Familiarity with the Dutch secondary and higher education system.
• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, preferably using Python.
• Previous teaching experience or internship in an educational setting.

Nice to have

• Minor degree or certification in education.
• Experience with text analysis or learning analytics.
