What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic MSP partners to ensure engagement and reduce journey friction.
• Manage and improve the technical health of customer accounts to prevent churn.
• Oversee product deployment and utilization, ensuring licenses are effectively leveraged.
• Provide technical expertise in Microsoft, network administration, and security practices to shape productive partner conversations.
• Create technical documentation and collateral, including videos and guides, to help partners derive value from products.
• Collaborate with SMEs to address specific technical challenges and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a post-sales Solutions Engineer.
• Experience within the cybersecurity domain or related technology fields.
• Proven ability to handle technical presentations, Proof of Concept (PoC) development, and solution design.
• Experience with hands-on implementation and ongoing technical support.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Taguig City, Philippines (Hybrid).
