What you will do

• Manage and implement global compliance systems and oversee related project management.
• Ensure IT projects are aligned and complete according to compliance requirements.
• Develop and enhance transaction monitoring alerts and conduct detailed data analysis.
• Support internal and external audits and handle ad hoc information requests related to IT compliance.
• Lead automation initiatives to streamline compliance operations and improve processes.
• Conduct IT compliance testing and ensure end-to-end processes are updated with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Compliance Systems within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong familiarity with compliance requirements and advanced analytical skills for data presentation.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Degree in business, accounting, law, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
