Salary: 7,600 – 12,200 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive testing of new game and engine features, including performance and stability checks across platforms.
• Validate code changes and investigate issues directly in-engine by building projects locally.
• Develop and optimize advanced automated and manual test cases, suites, and plans.
• Collaborate with programmers and technical artists to identify, document, and resolve bugs.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes and provide insights for quality improvement.
• Participate in risk assessments and QA strategy development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience for Specialist or 5+ years for Senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (Unreal, Unity, Godot, or REDkit).
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and version control systems like Perforce.
• Ability to build projects locally and validate code changes within the development pipeline.
• Experience developing complex test strategies for integration, stress, and performance testing.
• English: Fluency required.

Nice to have

• Programming experience, preferably in C++ and/or Python.
• Experience working in teams developing internal tools or editor features.
