What you will do

• Act as the primary compliance advisor to the Johannesburg team
• Ensure alignment with relevant regulations, including JSE rules and FSCA
• Liaise with regulators on a regular basis
• Strengthen policies, procedures, and controls across the business to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and teams to ensure consistent global compliance

Requirements

• Experience in compliance within Financial Services, ideally within a brokerage, trading, or capital markets firm
• Strong understanding of JSE Rules
• Must have completed JSE Exams
• Extensive experience working with regulators, specifically the FSCA
