Location: Parma, Italy (Hybrid)

Salary: €1,000 monthly

What you will do

• Coordinate with local HSE teams across manufacturing sites, R&D centers, and affiliates globally.
• Collaborate with Global IT and software suppliers to roll out a global incident reporting solution.
• Integrate the software tool within the Global HSE management system following ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Harmonize HSE approaches and develop relevant KPIs.
• Participate in regular follow-ups with Global HSE, Technical Operations, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Cross-cultural communication and strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Parma, Italy.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate program in Environmental Management and Control.
• International study experience.
