Junior Fullstack Developer (AI)

TL;DR

Junior Fullstack Developer (Python/Next.js): Contributing to the development and maintenance of the hirify.global Platform for AI model development with an accent on backend services and responsive frontend applications. Focus on integrating computer vision advancements, deploying serverless functions, and managing data persistence with MongoDB.

Location: Hybrid (Shenzhen, China). Must be based in Shenzhen with a requirement to be in-office 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Develop backend services using Python and deploy serverless API functions on Vercel.
• Build intuitive and responsive frontend applications using TypeScript and Next.js.
• Manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and use Docker for containerization.
• Implement services for cloud training and model deployment utilizing MongoDB for data persistence.
• Integrate third-party services including Clerk for authentication and Stripe for payment processing.
• Collaborate with the AI research team to integrate the latest computer vision advancements into the platform.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Next.js/React.
• Familiarity with GCP, Vercel, and containerization with Docker.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and NoSQL database patterns (MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in Shenzhen, China to support the hybrid work model.
