hirify.global is building a wealth-building platform and is currently in the process of obtaining a banking license from the European Central Bank (ECB).

What you will do

• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for natural and legal persons, focusing on complex and high-risk cases.
• Analyze source of funds and source of wealth to produce structured, evidence-based EDD case narratives.
• Evaluate beneficial ownership structures, corporate registries, and adverse media across multiple jurisdictions.
• Make and document risk-based decisions that align with the company's risk appetite and withstand regulatory scrutiny.
• Collaborate with investors and internal stakeholders to collect necessary due diligence information.
• Support the development and maintenance of EDD procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in AML compliance, KYC, or financial investigations within a fintech or financial institution.
• Proven ability to analyze multi-jurisdictional structures and determine Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO).
• English: C1+ required (excellent written and verbal communication for professional EDD narratives).
• Solid understanding of European AML/CTF regulations and risk-based approach principles.
• Ability to manage a personal caseload and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with the confidence to make and defend risk-based decisions.

• Experience working with Latvian AML regulations.
• Experience reviewing documentation from various international jurisdictions.
